Terms of Service

Draft Legal Framework:

This document represents a structural operational draft prepared for system architecture and platform workflows. It is subject to formal review and ratification by legal and regulatory counsel before enterprise production deployment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Umahaatu Kheyrdoon Enterprise Donation Platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose & Scope of Operations

The Platform is operated to facilitate voluntary charitable contributions and logistical tracking for humanitarian relief, Qur'anic conservation, and emergency community aid across Somaliland and the Horn of Africa. All donations are allocated in accordance with the specific campaign selected or toward general mission relief.

3. Donation Commitments & Financial Intent

Donation intents submitted via the Platform represent non-binding commitments until verified and settled through designated licensed telecommunications or banking settlement providers (such as Telesom ZAAD, Somtel Sahal, or banking partners).

4. Transparency & Reporting

Umahaatu Kheyrdoon maintains institutional records of donor allocations and campaign expenditures. Summarized operational audits and distribution records are made available in accordance with our Transparency Guidelines.
